WE WORK

We use agile methodologies to guarantee success

From the different software development methodologies, we chose SCRUM as a guide to internally manage the work. Being an agile methodology, it allows us to adapt easily to changes, and is oriented to minimize risks. We do Sprints of two weeks normally, to be able to make periodic deliveries to our clients so they can see the progress of their project.

We use native development platforms, like XCode and Android studio, when we create apps that request so. Using multiplatform environments like Unity or Xamarin, where you can add the desired native aspects, and they ease the shared development. Furthermore, Unity is meant for games development, which is where we are most experienced. About websites creation, we normally use WordPress, as its an ideal content management system for adapting to the designs of each project.

This is our the process that we follow:

1. Cuéntanos tu idea

Necesitaremos saber de qué trata el proyecto, cuanto más detallado mejor, además de cualquier consideración que debamos tener en cuenta. Proporcionaremos asesoramiento, con recomendaciones de nuestra experiencia previa que se puedan aplicar, para conseguir los mejores resultados.

1. Tell us your idea

We will need to know what the project is about, the more detailed the better, in addition to any considerations that we should take into account. We will provide advice, with recommendations from our previous experience that can be applied, to achieve the best results.

2. Propuesta de proyecto

Prepararemos una propuesta de proyecto con todas las características, incluyendo plazos y presupuesto. Una vez entregada, se revisará con el cliente para ver que esté conforme con todos los puntos de la propuesta.

2. Project proposal

We will prepare a project proposal with all the characteristics, including deadlines and budget. Once delivered, it will be reviewed with the client to check that he is satisfied with all the points of the proposal.

3. Primeros bocetos

Se presentarán unos diseños iniciales de cómo va a ser el proyecto, mostrando bocetos del resultado final que queremos obtener. El cliente deberá confirmarlos, para así asegurarnos de que vamos por el buen camino.

3. First drafts

Initial designs will be presented of what the project will be like, showing sketches of the final result we want to obtain. The client must confirm them, in order to make sure that we are on the right track.

4. Desarrollo con entregas periódicas

Nos ponemos manos a la obra con el proyecto, y haremos entregas periódicas dependiendo del tamaño del proyecto, para mostrar su avance. En cada entrega, nos centramos en tener partes del proyecto terminadas para que el cliente las pueda ir validando.

4. Development with periodical deliveries

We get to work with the project, and we will make periodic deliveries depending on the size of the project, to show its progress. In each delivery, we focus on having parts of the project completed so that the client can validate them.

5. QA & Pulido

Una vez hemos terminado el proyecto al completo, nos aseguraremos de que cuidar los pequeños detalles y de que no queda ningún error pendiente. Haremos testeo en los distintos dispositivos que acepte el proyecto, e iremos detectando y corrigiendo los posibles problemas que existan.

5. QA & Polishing

Once we have finished the project in its entirety, we will make sure that we take care of the small details and that no pending errors remain. We will test the different devices that accept the project, and we will detect and correct the possible problems that exist.

6. Distribución

Cuando estamos seguros de que no quedan errores, pasamos a distribuir el proyecto, dependiendo de su naturaleza. Esto puede incluir la publicación del sitio web, o la subida a la AppStore o PlayStore en el caso de apps o juegos.

6. Distribution

When we are sure that there are no errors, we move on to distribute the project, depending on its nature. This may include the publication of the website, or the upload to the AppStore or PlayStore in the case of apps or games.

7. Mantenimiento

Tras su publicación, nos aseguraremos de que el producto se mantiene al día con las nuevas actualizaciones que puedan surgir. Hay que revisar por aparecen errores nuevos con el tiempo, y corregirlos a la mayor brevedad posible.

7. Maintenance

After its publication, we will make sure that the product is kept up to date with the new updates that may arise. We have to check for new errors that can appear over time, and correct them as soon as possible.
